The Altonaer Schachklub holds an open club evening for visitors on Königstraße from 19:45, with no registration, and the Barmbeker Schachcafé on Rübenkamp has its weekly chess evening from 18:00 to 23:00. The Schachvereinigung Blankenese meets in the canteen of the Lise-Meitner-Gymnasium, and the Volksdorfer Schachklub plays at the Räucherkate from 19:00.
