What the form sends
A note carries your name, the contacts you entered and the note fields themselves: the place, what should change, where it can be checked and your connection to the place. The address and language of the page go with it. A hidden field that people never see is there only to catch spam robots.
How notes are used
Notes are kept by a form service until the editors read them at the next revision. Their only use is checking and applying what they report; no one is written to unless the note asks for an answer and gives a contact. Names and contacts never appear on the site and are never sold or handed to the club, organiser or venue concerned; the listing changes name the change, never the person who reported it.
Counting page views
A small script served from this site's own domain counts page views. It sets no cookie and follows no one to other sites. Each view records the page, the page that linked to it, and the browser, device type and country derived from the request; only totals are ever looked at.
No third-party content
These pages load no advertising network, social-media button or outside tracker, and no fonts, maps or images from other servers. Following a link to a source or a map takes you to a site with its own privacy terms. The hosting provider processes technical data such as IP addresses only as far as needed to deliver the pages.
Your rights under the GDPR
To have a note of yours corrected or deleted, send a new note through the form with the same name and contact and say so. The form service is updated when the notes are next read, and you hear back only if you ask and leave a contact. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority; in Hamburg that is the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (HmbBfDI).
